Discover the great and the good of Fylde’s countryside and parishes on one of our tranquil guided walks. Whether you live down the road or coming from afar, you’ll be amazed at Fylde’s natural beauty and diversity. These really are hidden gems.
This walk entails a peaceful stroll around the west of Fylde. Setting off from the small village of Weeton, this walk takes in the sights and sounds of agricultural land before heading to the hamlet of Greenhalgh. We then head back towards Weeton behind the Whitmore Fisheries. For abled walkers as this walk contains gentle slopes and stiles. Please note that some roadside walking will be involved. Please bring your own refreshments or a spot of lunch. Please wear appropriate footwear. £1 per person – cash only on the day.
Meet at The Eagle pub car park, Singleton Road, Weeton, Preston, PR4 3NB. BOOKING ESSENTIAL! To book on this event, or for more information, call 01253 658469 or email rangers@fylde.gov.uk.
