Louisa May Alcott’s ever-popular classic novel ‘Little Women’.

The story of the four March sisters, led by the irrepressible Jo, has an enduring and thought-provoking message for the 21st century.

Kaira Rodgers will play the lead role of  the feisty Jo March in Chapterhouse Theatre Company’s production of ‘Little Women’ at Lytham Hall on Friday 12 July.

Kaira trained for the stage at  the National Youth Theatre and Newcastle College. Her most recent credits include Helena/Titania in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Sybil Vane in The Picture of Dorian Grey, and Sylvia in Two Gentlemen, all touring Germany with an international theatre company.

Louisa May Alcott’s novel has been adapted for the stage by award-winning writer Laura Turner and will feature a cast of eight in Chapterhouse’s production.

Gates will open for picnics at 4.00, with the show starting at 6.00 and finishing at 8.20 pm.
