Entry to Splash costs £1.00 per child for a single 1-hour session. The age range for participating Splash pad users is 3 – 12 years.

Spectating or supervising adults are permitted free entry.

There are 5 hourly sessions available daily, which can be booked online or at the facility entrance. Bookings can be made up to 48 hours in advance to the desired session. Splash is open from 10.00am till 4.00pm, 7 days per week from April to September.

Splash may occasionally close for operational maintenance or in case of inclement weather. In such instances, notifications regarding closures will be posted on the Splash Facebook page. Unless otherwise specified, the park will remain open as scheduled.

Please do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your allocated session time. A simple one-way system is in place to ensure the safe entry and exit of users. Be respectful of other users and staff and help us keep the facility clean by using the bins provided.

A small refreshments stall is located at the Splash entrance throughout the season. There are also numerous local shops, cafes and refreshment kiosks located on St Annes Promenade selling food and drinks. Please note that alcohol is not permitted within the Splash facility.

Toilets are situated directly opposite the Splash entrance. The charge is 40p and the toilets are open from 6:30am to 8:30pm, 7 days a week throughout the season.

Splash is an open aspect coastal facility with no areas of shade. Please plan ahead for hot weather by bringing appropriate clothing, headwear, sunscreen and refreshments.

Please be aware that the facility is chemically treated with Sodium, Calcium Hypochlorite and Sodium Bi-sulphate. If there is a possibility of an allergic reaction, we advise you test the water on your child’s skin prior to entering the splash zone.

You are only permitted to film or photograph your own friends and family.

Splash is specifically designed for children aged 3 – 12 years. Children under the age of 3 can attend the sessions so long as they are strictly supervised. All children must be supervised by a responsible parent, guardian or carer.

Splash is safe to operate during rain, and as such we will not typically close if it is raining – you will be getting wet anyway! However, we do close during storm events for safety reasons.

The number 17 (Blackpool to Lytham) stops on Clifton Drive South, less than 5 minutes walk from the Splash Park along either Hornby Road or East Bank Road. Other bus routes stop in St Annes Square, less than 10 minutes walk from the Splash Park including numbers 7 (Cleveleys to St Annes), 11 (Blackpool to Lytham), 68 (Preston to Blackpool), 76 (Blackpool to St Annes via Great Eccleston and Poulton) and 78 (Wesham to St Annes via Freckleton)

St Annes-on-the-Sea train station is just over 10 minutes walk from the Splash Park. This station is located on the South Fylde Line with hourly trains from Blackpool South to Preston.

South Promenade, on which the Splash Park is located, is part of the National Cycle Network, route 62. Cycle stands are located beside the Splash Park entrance.

With the Splash Park being located within the St Annes coastal tourism area, free on-street parking is limited. Pay and display car parks are located close by at Fairhaven Road Car Park (FY8 1NW) and North Promenade Car Park (FY8 2NQ).
