There are some absolutely stunning golf courses in the area, so how about these to whet your golf appetite?

Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club  – one of the premier links courses in the World, host to eleven Open Championships, two Ryder Cups and numerous other major tournaments including The Women’s Open, The Senior Open, The Amateur Championship and The Walker Cup. Luxurious en-suite rooms overlooking the 1st tee area also available in their Tudor fronted Dormy House accommodation. The venue welcomes the AIG Women’s Open in 2026.

Lytham Green Drive Golf Club – founded in 1913, is an easy walking pleasant ‘Parkland Course’ has a reputation as probably the friendliest and most sociable golf club on the Fylde. Ideal for all handicaps as it is particularly testing with rewards for the more venturous player but has allowances for shots by those of less ability.

Fairhaven Golf Club (shown below) – with over 125 years of heritage, Fairhaven has all the characteristics of a traditional links course and proudly boasts one of the finest Clubhouse experiences in the United Kingdom.

St Anne’s Old Links Golf Club – regularly voted in the Top 100 courses in England, by Golf World, Today’s Golfer and National Club Golfer, and our signature 9th hole was voted by Golf World as the Top 9th Hole in Great Britain. The great Bobby Jones said “‘it’s difficult to see how you could improve on this”.

Staining Lodge Golf Course  set in 160 acres of rural Fylde countryside. With views stretching to the Pennines yet only 10 minutes drive from the M55. A pay and play course that offers memberships and golf contracts whilst remaining accessible to all types of golfers.

Little Links Golf – established in 1934, a beloved Pitch n Putt and Par 3 Golf course on the scenic St Annes coast — offering nearly 100 years of golfing fun for all ages, including a crazy golf area.

Ribby Hall Golf Course – a nine hole, par 3 course with mature trees surrounding the landscaped grounds it’s a great course for families and beginners to enjoy.

Lytham Golf Academy – a first class TOPTRACER driving range and golf retail Store in the heart of the Fylde Coast, located between Lytham and Warton.

Fairhaven Adventure Golf – a fun eighteen hole journey around the Fylde, featuring many recognisable landmarks. Play your shots at Lytham Hall, Singleton Fire Station, St Annes Pier and Lytham Windmill.

Famous for Golf Tournaments!

Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club has hosted eleven men’s open tournaments and four women’s tournaments. Most recently the Men’s Open Golf in 2012 was won by Ernie Els and the Women’s Open was won by England’s Georgia Hall in 2018. In recent years David Duval won the Open at the club in 2001 and who can forget Seve Ballesteros winning his first Open here on the Fylde coast in 1979 and his third Open win back at here in 1988?

Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club was founded in 1886. In 2018 the venue played host to the Ricoh Women’s British Open tournament, attracting players and spectators from all over the world, which was won by England’s Georgia Hall and in 2019, the British Senior’s Open sponsored by Rolex at Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club in July was won by Bernhard Langer.

The Little Links Golf complex consists of a challenging 18 hole par 3 links golf course, a fabulous 18 hole Putting Green adjacent to the mini train and the St Annes Beach Huts.
