-It’s up to 17 people in a boat, including 16 rowers and 1 drummer to keep you in time!

-You can bring your own food or choose from one of our tasty vendors or the lake side café.

-Arrival from 8am with the first race setting sail (approx.) 9:30.

-Each team will get at least 3 races.

-The event is open to anyone over the age of 16 (drummer must be over the age of 12).

Registration to secure your boat is £425 per team (£25pp).

Minimum sponsorship is £850 PER BOAT(£50pp).

–  Dress Code: Royal finery or summer casual! We’d love to see your best princess dresses, frying pans (plastic only!), or anything purple and gold.

– Seating: It’s a “bring your own” vibe. Pack your blankets, lawn chairs, or beanbags or hire one of our “comfy plus” tickets.
– Stay Warm: Even after a hot day, it gets chilly under the stars! Bring extra layers, a cozy coat, and a torch for the walk back to the car.
– Footwear: Wear sensible shoes for the grass!

 Food, Drink & Vibes
– Snacks: We’ve got tasty bites available on-site, but feel free to bring your own favorite movie treats.
– Stay Chill: We’re here for a good time, not a messy one. Enjoy your drinks responsibly—if you’re overdoing it, we’ll have to ask you to head home.  No BBQs allowed.
– Smoking/Vaping: Be a legend—keep it to the side or the back of the event so everyone can breathe easy.
